Painting!

Just thought I would let ya’ll know that I had a chance to do some painting this weekend, and I posted a couple of new ones yesterday! Check them out!

Nothing Sweeter……


We had another awesome family day! We had to run an errand down by the Craft Wherehouse, which just happens to be my favorite place! So, I picked up some fun scrapbooking stuff (let’s hope I can find some time to use it!) Then we made lunches, grabbed Starbucks and headed to Lewisville park. It’s been beautiful for the last week and a half, and today it decided to start raining again. But we decided to go for it anyway, Eli was perfectly happy getting as muddy and wet as possible! Dylan was fine until he got too cold. They have these big covered areas with fire places in the middle, so Eric started a fire. ( they even have fire wood for you!) This is where these photos were taken. Talk about melt your heart!!!! I think I’ve decided that my most favorite thing in the whole world is seeing Eric with the boys! He is the BEST Daddy ever! I couldn’t ask for more than that! Just look at how gentle he is. I could go on and on!
Once we stripped the boys down and loaded them in the car, We went home, and Dylan and Eli took a two hour nap! Now you have to understand how amazing this is, Eli has not taken a nap in months (or a quiet time longer than 15 min.) So this was definetly a rarity. Eric and I actually had lunch at our kitchen table by ourselves! Then Eric took a nap, and I went through the pictures and discovered these. Anyway, It was just a great day, to follow yesterday!

Oh, I forgot one! What a little model!

We were getting ready to leave and I saw Eli Checking out these statues. What a great photo op!

Eric thought the picture of Eli in the fishes mouth was hilarious! Eli wasn’t so sure!

Eli said this was him being “SUPERDUDE”! My little Clark Kent!!

We had the BEST day today……
Eric got home from fishing around noon, and we loaded up the kids and headed out. We had lunch downtown at Eric’s sister’s restaraunt, the food was awesome, as always. And the boys just LOVE visiting Aunt Theresa! Then we went a few blocks down to Esther Short Park. The boys had such a blast playing. It gave me an opportunity to play with my camera some more. I’m really happy with the way the pics turned out!

I took this picture yesterday while the boys and I were playing outside. I’ve been playing around a lot more with the settings on my camera and then with my editing program!! Iwas so intimidated by the digital process, but I’m really starting to like it!

Oh, and I have to say, He is pretty darn cute!! Isn’t he??
