i just love doing this, i don’t know what it is, but we always have so much fun!
eli dug right in cleaning out the pumpkins……i just LOVE this picture!
this was dylan’s exact reaction! he dissapeared for awhile after this! (he’s got a thing with textures!)
eli working SO hard! he’s a man with a mission!
look at that concentration!
team work!
dylan showed back up when it was time to use the little tools……
such a boy!
our hard work paid off!
eric and eli did the bat, eric and i teamed up on the spider, and i went all martha stewart on the holy one! (i acheived the look with a power drill! :))
so, another fun tradition has taken place, on to another one tomorrow…………

Hannah: I did the holy one 2 years ago, except I used cookie cutters... I had to be resourceful. Love the pictures!!!!
The Christian's: I love your pumpkins...they look so pretty lit up! Those pictures of them cleaning out the pumpkins and carving are great!! :)
Tamar Schrater: Your "holy" pumpkin is so great! The other ones are, too, but if I was a pumpkin-carver-type-person, I'd do the "holy" one. My kids' pumpkins are still sitting on my front porch....very un-carved :)
Awesome pics, as usual, Beth!
the yaney's: Your pumpkins are great. I did a holy version last year too! (wish I had thought of using the power drill that would have been easier)
Fantastic pictures as always!
emma & naomi's mommy: My boys I just want to snuggle them right now, come home for thanksgiving!
Amy: awesome jack-o-lanterns!!!
Mary: Great pics Beth! Your pumpkins are gorgeous! So much fun :)
Viv: Beth,
You are Eric are such awesome parents! It never even occurred to me to start a pumpkin carving tradition. Eli & Dylan will have the best memories of special times with mom & dad when they grow up!
