i know i’ve been terrible at posting lately.  hopefully you all haven’t given up on me.  things have been pretty uneventful around here lately.  just the norm.  and i’ve been loving it.  just spending time with my boys and lots of sunshine.

this weekend i got to photograph these two little cuties.  their mom is jenn from out came the sun photography.  i was excited to hear from her, and meet another photographer in the area!  she is amazing with the newborns!

i spent the morning with the new family taking pictures of sweet baby milo.  after loading the pictures on my computer, and sifting through all of them, this one jumped out at me, and i couldn’t wait to edit it.  it’s so amazing to think that all matt and jamie have been through, this perfect little baby was waiting to be delivered to them.  God is so amazing, and his timing is perfect.   i’m so happy that i could capture a small piece of this special time for matt, jamie, and little milo.  they are perfect for eachother.  and i think the love is obvious…

matt and jamie welcomed their son on friday january 30th at 4:49pm.  he weighed 8 pounds 14 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

eric and i got to meet our new little nephew on saturday afternoon.  he is such a beautiful little guy, and we are already completely in love with him.

he has such thick hair, and the most beautiful skin.  and those little eyebrows…already so expressive!  we hope to take the boys to meet thier new little cousin tonight.  they haven’t stopped asking when they are going to meet baby milo winter.  and hopefully i’ll get the chance to take some more pictures of the new little family later this week.  you can read about thier story over here on jamie’s blog.  we couldn’t be happier for matt and jamie, and their happy beginning.  and we feel so blessed to be able to be close during this first week.

but, how are we going to say goodbye when they take him home?
