i had the opportunity to photograph these handsome brothers yesterday afternoon.  other than the extremely cold weather, we had a great time, and i’m excited about the final result.  so here’s a peek for mom and dad…there will be more to see soon…

today i got to hang out with these two beauties for the second time this month.  we had met up a couple of weeks ago, but things didn’t go as planned, and it happened to be one of the darkest days of the year.   i have to say, i’m SO glad that it all worked out.  we got some beautiful pictures of these precious girls, and we had a great time:)  thanks trent and kari for being available today!  i hope you love the pictures:)

we just got home from a perfectly perfect thanksgiving at the beach with my family.  we were blessed with unbelievable weather, and of course food, family and fun:)

my sweet family, and that we got to spend this special time with them.

our health, our home, and our freedom.

i’m not sure i can put into words how much i love this family.  toni is one of my favorite people in the whole world.  and she has been extra patient with me waiting for these pictures.  i promised that they would be worth it…i’m pretty sure that they are.  i was on the phone with her a few minutes ago as she got the first look…

our day started very early on saturday.  eli had his last soccer game at 8:30 am.  it was rainy and cold, and we were all tired.  but as the day wore on, everyone (including the weather:) perked up, and it ended up being a fun day.  here are some pictures of the boys in their costumes…

aunt theresa goes all out for halloween, so we stopped there before we trick or treated in our neighborhood.  i just loved this picture:)

can you say gorgeous?  i’ve known stephanie for most of my life.  i can’t tell you how fun it was to meet and hang out with her beautiful family for the evening.  these kids were full of personality.  let me tell ya:)  after driving about a half mile down the road from my parents’ house, there was this perfect little area at the edge of a rice field.  it worked out wonderfully…the light was perfection.

and her beautiful family.  we met up on a perfect evening while the boys and i were in california.  tina’s husband, brian, drove us up into the buttes to find the perfect location.  i have had the chance to photograph this little guy a few times before.  you can see him here and here.  i can’t believe how much he has grown!
